Do I Suffer From BDS ?

Awhile ago, someone suggested this author suffers from BDS, for posting similar acclaim for the Bush Administration.

BUSH DERANGEMENT SYNDROME was originally a comedic description designed to describe those, who have embraced an irrational hatred for President George W. Bush.

Occasionally, I have quickly typed a list of commendable Conservative efforts, engaged by this fine President, for some favorable Websites. My expression was only intended to bring some objective perspective, to some distraught offerings regarding the Bush Administration.

It seems, because I dared to represent this President in an equitable light, an angry poster suggested I suffer from BDS. Apparently, if you see the Bush Administration as a positive these days, you are simply deluded. It is an amusing concept.

The Man has truly earned my respect since 9-11, and I won't be abandoning his fine efforts anytime soon. Nothing is perfect, but GW Bush has served better than I could have ever expected, including many regards for the Conservative Agenda.

The supporters of this strong President, have been sadly labeled "Bushistas" and even "boot-licking Bush acolytes".

Anyone using this ugly vitriol may indeed be afflicted by BDS,
blinded to the endless positives of this fine Presidency.

Perhaps, they have lost sight of the greater context...

Stumbled across a local TV broadcast, championing the efforts of two Democrat Senators from NY and NJ. Appointed Democrat Senator Robert Menendez boldly stated, he and Senator Chuck Schumer have quietly 'SLIPPED' a measure to reopen the entire Statue of Liberty, into the emotionally charged Immigration Bill.

Seems Mr. Menendez wanted this for awhile...
"Citing safety concerns, the National Park Service closed the Statue of Liberty to the public following the September 11th terror attacks. Two years ago, amid widespread publicity and fanfare, the National Park Service hailed the “reopening” of Liberty Island and the statue, despite only opening the pedestal and not allowing visitors to ascend the statue."

The group comprising 'Polipundit' was indeed mighty fine.

However, vitriol has become a large aspect, of the expression from the site's creator. Stimulated by the emotional immigration issue, sadly focusing all frustrations on this fine President, doing his very best. It seems the angry author actually blames President Bush, for all of the illegal immigration, which has entered this Nation throughout the decades.

Supporters of this strong President, have been labeled as being: "Bushistas" and "boot-licking Bush acolytes"

Apparently, "Bush LIED!"

Why? "George Bush is a liar and a traitor, who is selling out America to his big-money paymasters."

Ironically, this conjecture resembles many Liberal Extremes, well known Terrorists, and oppressive Dictators, from around the Globe.

The author named 'Polipundit' believed the illegal immigrants in the USA, would deport themselves if they were denied work by strict enforcement of Our Laws. In NYC, we tend to call this 'wishful thinking'. Most likely, if illegal immigrants were denied opportunity, they would sink deeper underground, and embrace more criminal endeavors. They would probably become more dependent on the various relationships with legal citizens as well.

For a long time now, I tried to encourage a number of Conservative pundits to remain constructive. But many have decided to overtly demean this President. As much as I appeciate the work, of many of these advocates for the Conservative agenda, I find the vitriolic nature focused upon this President entirely misguided.

No one is perfect and the swamp in Washington is deep. But this President has earned my respect, and is a truly ethical Man. I remain deeply thankful for his presence, especially his impressive leadership in the post 9-11 era.

CNN broadcast this story last night, reported by Mr. Brian Todd. Predictably they portrayed the writings of the Mad Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in a manner designed to question the current President of the USA. Mr. Todd focused on the Iranian President's discernment of a contradictory nature regarding the US President's Christian beliefs, Mahmoud's condemnation of the use of force in Iraq, and even his remarks about the need to develop technology for peaceful purposes.

The tenure of diminishing the Republican in the White House was subtle, but truly palatable. A Judge Stuns Al-Arian With Maximum Time

Prosecutors agreed to join defense attorneys in recommending a sentence at the low end of the range, but the judge, James Moody Jr., ignored those suggestions and imposed the maximum sentence allowed by the plea bargain".
